How can i disable WB to load on startup?

Im using XP and i didnt want to WB load at startup.is it possible to turn this feature off???

Thats not good.I think i'll wait to buy enchanced till they fix this.

That's how you stop it loading. When you switch to classic, it's saying to Windows 'Don't load Windowblinds'.

On 9x/2000 there's a little checkbox that says 'Prevent WindowBlinds from loading on startup'.

Which is irrelevant...... the question is about XP.
