How to skin gray bar on bottom of screen (new, bluetooth) with Dashboard

Can anyone tell me how to skin the gray band on the bottom of the screen? I've seen it done on the excellent Engine skin as well as a few others.

Sorry, don't have Dashboard for my Pocket PC. But it can be done pretty easily with either WisBar Advance or Icbar. Perhaps Dashboard has an option of what bmp to use for the bottom bar? Just tossing out an idea.

Here is the link for IcBar if you don't have it yet. http://www.ictinus.com/icbar/

Go for the 1.1 beta 3 if you get it. I have been using it for a while without any problems. One of the fun things you can do with Icbar and Wisbar is make full screen themes in which part of the background extends to both the top bar and the bottom bar. As I was replaying Fallout a while back I made a full screen theme based off the Pip Boy images. Looked pretty cool.
