Any one know of a program (that will run on win98) that will make your desktop icons look faded?

Iconx? I admit that I haven't really tried that program out.

Minimum requirements for IconX: Windows 2000/XP

You can make your icons semi-transparent with Windows FX, but I think that's Windows XP only too... not sure though.

As you can see IconX can do exactly what you want, but as I stated earlier it is only compatible with Windows 2000 or XP.

Iconoid will make them disappear til you move your mouse...dont remember if it would do transparent.May be a win 98 limitation.

Thanks guys. *s*

Braniac, I just tried Iconoid. It doesn't do what I was hoping for, maybe it is a win 98 think. Don't know. Oh well. it's good for other stuff though. *s*
