I would appear that wb themes do indeed show when connecting to the server via rdp.
I have not tried DesktopX themes though. I really doesn't seem to advisable to do a full blown dx theme on the server, but hey.. ya never know.

One annoying this you will find when in a remote session is objectdock, on the client machine pops up, and absorbs the focus of the session for a split second, so if you are working on something, and have objectDocks around the edges of the host machine, and they are autohidden, this will become annoying.

I've been trying to set a default format on the server for application borders so that users can differenciate between Citrix/terminal server apps and their own local apps (content redirection is turned on). I'm always looking for something to make the users say "Wow"! Besides, some of these skins kick ass. 
I dont' think I would deploy anything more than default application window skins since I don't want to kill the processors/memory on the server.
Anybody know the story on licensing with a server OS? Per user? Per server? Concurrent? Enterprise? I know this stuff is basically for Desktop/Single user deployments.
