How do I become a 'Skinner'

I have been submitting skins to Wincustomize for over a year now, I am a subscriber to it as well. How long and what needs to be done before my "title" becomes 'Skinner'???? How many skins do i have to submit? Or what is needed? I see people are Developers, Skinners, Scribe, Mr, Miz, Etc.. Is there somewhere I'm missing that sets this up?

Gosh life can be so obscure at times....

 

Chas is right....send money.....if it works in Politics it'll work here too.

Of course, you could initiate a war....that seems to benefit Global economists and make the rich richer....."Power to the People....herders'....

The moral of the story is submit decent original works to the site and ye might get promoted. The asking only brought it to my attention. The work you've contributed earned you the promotion.
