If i do a system restore on a multi profile computer...... will it restore both sides or is there a way i can get it to do only my side?

A system restore doesn't allow you to select profiles when doing it so I am sure it is the "system" that gets restored, not just your profile.

ok... and yes multi profile same thing to me..... so it will do the whole computer not just my user side?

Yes, it will do the whole computer... all profiles included.
