Important trying to contact 00ZeroCool about his skin

Hi I have a very important question for the athur who created the iGlass skin I have took his skin and reworked alot of things and change it to my style the thing is I have been trying to email him for permission to work on it. I think his skin is copy right so thats why I am trying to reach him. each time I email him my email comes back sayin that his email doesn't exist or its dead.
also I was wondering if somebody knew him and could deliver this message to him if he's still out there...
I'm not trying to do anything illegal I just need to know if I can have his permission to finish up the little detail's on the skin
The first skin is Sunflare Glass and Artic Apple.

If you are only editing the skin for personal use, you don't need permission for that... if you want to release it on a website though, try clicking on his name and see if there is a different e-mail address under his info.
