WHY?!

Wincustomize never accepts any of my wallpapers! I spend timeless hours on these things, and put it every little detail I can, and yet, still no exceptions. These wallpapers are fully mine and were made by me. I even emailed them and still..no acceptions. Whats going on? Is it like a bug in the system.

You make it sound like you submited tons of wallpapers... As far as I can see, you only submitted two, and yes they both got rejected. Keep trying. Some people send 5, 8, 10 wallpapers before they get one approved. But as they go, they're always getting better and better.
Don't give up. Keep working hard, some day you'll get the deserved reward.

Wincustomize has a policy of accepting only the wallpapers that are 'good enough'.
The pieces that you create might even be very good. They might be better then the avarage wallpaper on the site. But also they have to be usable. Remember, this is a skinning site, not an art site.
Besides that little point, WC is very strickt in accepting wallpapers. If they aren't good enough they are simply just deleted.
And btw, believe me, there aint no bug in the system.
