Question about the "Stardock" weather icon set

I made a conversion of the Stardock weather icons for WeatherPanel ( http://www.marsware.net/ ) - it is a program for Windows Mobile (pocket pc). I wonder who I should contact to obtain permission to post them at my site (with links and full credits to the creator, of course).

Ok, I found a permission text included in skins which use the icons:
"In addition, Stardock licenses this for use with content that is provided free of charge and is not connected to a commercial software product. You may use these images for skins, themes, and other content for freeware software even if it is competitive in nature with Stardock's offerings as long as the copyright notices are included. You may not, however, bundle these images in any way with any software product without Stardock's express permission."
Does this mean I can post them on my site, as long as I don't charge anything for them? WeatherPanel isn't freeware (I didn't make the program and won't get any money from it)?

you can also get the .PSD file if you want, all I ask is a small note with the skin that I created them... let me know

the ugly background is because it are .png files btw...

As long as you include that permission text with them, Juni, you're ok to have them on your site. Also, I think Mormegil is the original author if you're needing to get in touch with him.

Juni I didn't know weather panel was skinnable yet for the public? I only knew the Stocks and weather app was? and recently Journal Bar too. Anyways, I want that set you made!!! please please pleassssss!

Cool Styl, I'm enjoying converting icons instead of creating them myself (sometimes I think I only have a few different styles of weather icons in my head) 
I'll ask Mormegil for permission before posting the icons.
