How do I set Taskbar Height in SkinStudio?

How can I make the taskbar smaller than default. I've seen this done with DogmaX but I don't see a setting anywhere. This is my first skin so I'm not too familiar with SkinStudio.

The content margin settings for the taskbar buttons is where you should look. The top and bottom margins "controls" the height of the taskbar.
