is it possible to get this theme???

ok i've been wanting this for ages, if you have windows xp, open command prompt now you the boarder around that. that is the skin i want. but something wired happened once i was reverting back to me normal windows skin from windows blinds and it ended up with this skin, if anyone understands me, do you know how t get this skin or did anyone ever create it??

With the later versions of WB, the command prompt window is skinned by the WB skin you are currently using.
