I purchased the Windowblinds

I purchased WindowBlinds but am still limited to usage, why? From what I read, I should be able to have level 2 0r 3 usage, unlimited downloads. Message keeps telling me to either register or purchase a Stardock product. I did, but then I hit the link and it takes me to the purchase page - no register product page. I'm confused. Please help me register my PURCHASED PRODUCT.

If you purchased a product, then you're first step now should be to make sure that your account is cross-referenced. To do this, go the the "Cross-reference with your Stardock account" in the Edit Account page. This only applies if you used different email accounts on WinCustomize and Stardock.

Also, If you are upgrading from the freeware version. Remove that version before installing the new.

Uninstalling or not has nothing to do with his problem. Stardock's user database doesn't know if you installed/uninstalled the software or not. His problem is most definately that he probably used a different email address when he purchased WB than the one he is using here. He definately should x-reference.

yup, but after he gets cross referenced he will be back to say his windowblinds isn't skinning all the parts unless he/she removes the free version.
