Saw some video on TV....things look pretty bad where it made landfall

lovesblessing reporting in here! Finally made it back online....Charley came pretty close here, but all is well and we are just fine.....with all praise and Glory to the Blood of Jesus and Father God's protection! Mercy, it sure was pretty windy!
We lost power Friday night about 9:30 or so, and the phone went out in the night.....lights came back on about 24 hrs. later, and the phone came back just this morning.....I thank God we are safe and sound. Lots of trees down around here, but the buildings are fine....except for some small things missing like tacked on ornaments, shutters etc. I'm gonna try and see how the place I work faired, as not so far away from it a Days Inn lost it's entire roof! Ought to be interesting for the next few days, weeks and months down here!
So, how is everyone else doing now that Charley has gone?

Sad news IP indeed and I am sure there will be more stories simular to what you said. It is amazing how your area was untouched, given tha close proximity of Charley
