Cant get rid of message to buy icon packager

I bought icon packager and when i try to use it the message asking me if i want to buy it comes up and the only way i can get it off my desktop is to restart my computer. How do i get it off? cuz im about to get rid of it now.

Make sure you downloaded iconpackager from the email you received after purchasing it. If you didn't or can't find the link, goto http:/www.stardock.com/support and input your email address.
