xp pro logon skins

I log into windows xp through a domain. Is there a way to change that into windows Home edition style login, so that i can use these login skins?

Actualy, i was talking to my dad, and what i thought was a domain, actualy wasn't. The way my family computer logs in is the traditional way. Where there is that single minimized window in the middle that lets you a user and then type a password in the blank bellow. Is there a way to change that back to "Home edition" login style?

Control Panel > User Accounts > Change the way users log on or off > Use Welcome screen.
