were can i find skins and themes for windos me?

how do i get them to work?do i need to create a seperate folder to put them in when i download them? (I'm new at this).

I should have added ...install WindowBlinds (above link) and then go here https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.asp?library=1 ...pick a skin, download it to a Temp folder and double click it. It will self install. Right click on the WB icon in your system tray and click on 'Configure WindowBlinds' and you can change skins and settings there.
