****SKINNING THE START MENU*****

hello
i was wondering, if i could download a program that will keep the start menu and icons the same (like an original windows layout) but just to be able to change the menu's to white.

Sure, the program is called Windowblinds. The modification program is called Skin Studio. You can open the pieces that you want to make white, and recolor them with a good paint program. Or you can just make them grey scale, and lighten the pieces. Or you can just install windowblinds and find a good white theme here. There are tons of them. Almost all of them are better than the default Luna. Ugh.
