why did my uplouded bootskin disapear the next day

i uploaded my first boot skin it said pending i checked it the next day it was gone whats going on is this normal

Yes, I confirm that it was rejected.
Since I wasn't the one who rejected it, I cannot say for sure, but my guess is that the admin who did probably didn't think that the image you used was your own original artwork but rather a copyrighted image.
