How Do I Submit a New Cursor Theme?

I have Win Cursor and I made some cursors that work really well on it butt I can't figure out how to submit them on this site. Any suggestions?

If its ready to upload, just look near the top of the page and you will see upload. Just click on it and follow the instructions.
