Is it legal to skin Windows to look like mac?

Is it? I know you can do it with windowblinds, iconpackager, objectbar, and objectdock but is it legal? Please tell me.

you aren't making a carbon copy of a mac os desktop. you're making it LOOK similar to mac's desktop.
which IS legal.
