Can I setup a Mac desktop without losing familiar Windows features ?

I can't lose the taskbar, and some other things.

The simplest thing to do is run a Mac style WindowBlinds skin and move your taskbar to the top of the screen. Then you can add ObjectDock and some Mac style icons for a more authentic look.
