Not sure, but unless you've bought it twice it is not supposed to be installed and operating on two different computers at the same time.

In other words, A single purchase is licensed to be operating on a single system at any given moment.

IP+: Same computer, different accounts.

Mrs Bezzedeb: It should work in all accounts, regardless of the User access level. Have you tried reinstalling the software? If you have, make sure he has windowblinds running when he downloads skins. At the very least, he should be able to run the program and use the default themes. Can he do this?

The Windowblinds are in the All prgrams on my son's desktop, but there's no skins there at all and when he tries to download the, it won't let him for some reason. It keeps saying he has to a computer administrator. It won't even let us download it again. What should I do. Thanks for all of your help. It's greatly appreciately.

Let me see if I understand this problem. The problem being that the same computer with different adminstrator accounts cannot share windowblinds. I have not faced this problem directly myself but, maybe you can get assistance on the windowblinds newsgroup. On most programs there is an option to set so that all users of the computer can use this program. I don't remember if windowblinds offers that option. Sorry, if I couldn't be of more assistance.

I am wondering if the files and directories for each account might be set to private possibly?

IP has it -Sharing and all permissions under security in safe mode have to be checked for each user.

I guess WinXP is a bit tricky at times.
