Everytime I turn on my computer I have to click on the CursorXP program to change my cursor from the default arrow to the one I want. Is there a way I can turn on my computer and not have to do that everytime?

Try uninstalling it, restarting, then installing it again. (make sure you back up your cursors!)

Ok, let me ask the really dumb question...Do you have it set to load at startup? You probably have already done this but it was what came to mind.
