Thank you kjay528, I still do not understand, unless it has to do with the upload site and not something I am doing. I do appreciate your help!

If memory serves me correctly (which is iffy at best) 1010 means you're not connecting to the server. There seems to be quite a bit of maintainence going on this weekend, so it's very possible this is the problem.

Thank you Wizop Kosati, I have noticed other minor glitches in the system, so that is probably it! I thought, only fleetingly, the powers that be, were afraid of pictures of cows with parasols sitting on pink plastic sofas, being uploaded and were trying to stop the upload!!

For future reference for anyone, the error message ended when I changed the title of my upload. I uploaded anyother wall just fine, but when I tried the second one, received the error message, so I changed its' name, and voila', it worked! Thank you all for your help!

Yes, files names with non alpha-numeric characters will cause the error message you got...
