Iconpackager 2.5 HELP ! with Zip's

Hi,
It might be a dumb question, but i'm very new to this, everytime i download an iconpackage that is zipped (with extension .zip) it doesn't work. I download it by pressing open instead of save, then winzip opens i extract all files to a different folder then when i go to iconpackager and click on "install new package from disk" and click on the .iptheme file (for example iconpackage3.iptheme) An error window comes up saying :
" Error: No icon package was found in file:
C:\program files\stardock\object Desktop\iconpackager\themes\iconpackage3
Please try again with a different package
What did I do wrong ??? Please help !
