create dock icons

Could somebody tell me how to create objectdock icons. Do you have to
download some software, or do you have to be a computer specalist, which i'm absolutly not? I don't know to much about compueters, but i love those dock icons, a great thing for windows computers...

Object Dock icons are just .png files as far as i know, just create an icon and save it as the .png format
