toolbar icons

i tried to install the dogma package n one thing that i failed to isntall was the toolbar package.. it is a set of icons for internet explorers toolbar. anyway i got a wbload.exe error wehn i tried installin it..can someone help me pls thnx

Actually....there is a massive billboard in Melbourne prominently displaying those initials....each letter is probably 20 feet tall.....a Jeans company...
