Installing cursorXP

I just downloaded a cursor from cursorXP called XPBlue, but i don't know how to install it so I can't use it. Can someone please help me and tell me how to intall the cursors? Thaks in advance.

Make sure that the file you downloaded its in .CurXPTheme file or .zip file, an .CurXPTheme file can be installed with double click of your mouse... if is a .zip file... in the pop up download window chose "save" and in the folder that you choose to download make sure that you save as .CurXPTheme file not a .zip file, after that you can see this file downloaded as .CurXPTheme file...

If so, just double click on the file you downloaded.
