The Spewage has already started about Iran...
Saturday, July 17, 2004 by IPlural | Discussion: WinCustomize Talk
Iran had and has connections to Bin Ladin and his Possie while also having links to 9/11 amoung most other terror attacks against US interests in the 80'sand the 90's.
Give it a few days and we will probably be force fed a bunch of previously withheld intel information and have our fear buttons punched constantly about up comming terrorist attacks.
Lets the GAMES BEGIN !

| Hopefully it makes sense to someone else other than me so that I know I haven't completely killed off every braincell |
hehe.. me also
mmm, also "The Logical Song"...
When I was young, it seemed that life was so wonderful,
a miracle, oh it was beautiful, magical.
And all the birds in the trees, well they'd be singing so happily,
joyfully, playfully watching me.
But then they send me away to teach me how to be sensible,
logical, responsible, practical.
And they showed me a world where I could be so dependable,
clinical, intellectual, cynical.
There are times when all the world's asleep,
the questions run too deep
for such a simple man.
Won't you please, please tell me what we've learned
I know it sounds absurd
but please tell me who I am.
Now watch what you say or they'll be calling you a radical,
liberal, fanatical, criminal.
Won't you sign up your name, we'd like to feel you're
acceptable, respectable, presentable, a vegetable!
At night, when all the world's asleep,
the questions run so deep
for such a simple man.
Won't you please, please tell me what we've learned
I know it sounds absurd
but please tell me who I am.
and
Zombie
Another head hangs lowly
Child is slowly taken
And if islands cause the silence
Who are we mistaking
But you see it's not me
It's not my family
In your head in your head
They are fighting
With their tanks and their bombs
and their bombs and their guns
In your head in your head they are crying...........
Chorus:
In your head...
In your head...
Zombie zombie zombie ei ei
What's in your head...
In your head...
Zombie, zombie, zombie ei, ei, ei , oh.....do,do,do,do,do,do,do,do
Another mother's breaking heart is taking over ... the violence causes silence
we must be mistaken
its the same old thing since 1916
in your head in your head
their still fighting
With their tanks and their bombs
and their bombs and their guns
In your head in your head they are dying...........
I know Zombie is about Ireland, but it fits very well in all times and in all places pretty much where War is concerned...

but, I am still at a wonder of your meaning.
Are you just pointing out your dislike, Hate as you put it for Michael Moore, or indicating that you feel I fit into the same box with him?

Answers is what it is all about...
Accountability. Without it we the people are nothing more than chattel.
As far as Global Policies go. Considering the fact that in 2003 $1,489.0 billion ( and now it is at the least half that figure ) of US Tersury Securities were owned by Foreign Interests, it is probably a good thing to hold a spot for thought on that on the odd chance that they decide to cash in. ( This is US debt to Foreign Interests ) not including the Wars, AIDS/HIV and Humanitarian projects/funding and such.
Liberal or Conservative, they each reach to damn far and snatch all they can get while the getting is good, go figure...

| One just has to filter his blathering tripe out of it and make their own conclusions and form their own questions. |
I'd rather just read through countless pages riddled with misinformation and try to dicipher the truth than sit through his movies.

Pretty much have to or else they might not get another chance for quite some time. The way our "democracy" is set up is in a fashion that nothing can really be accomplished 90% of the time, and when that window of 10% comes you have to grab all you can and deal with the consequences later.

boggling really, how easy it is to state something enough times with enough conviction and many will just accept it as reality and truth when all it holds is deception as a means of herding.
The President went on TV and stated that there is not and was not any connection between 9/11 and Iraq a few months back and yet a large number of people only remember the Vice President pointedly eluding to evidence and knowledge of there being a connection between Iraq and 9/11...
scary thing is, just as many people from the other side of the isle will in turn follow along in like if their chosen God Send was to do the same. Only to fight and support it as fervently.
anyway...

Absolutely ... it's called voting. Amazing how many people gripe about how things are done and then don't bother to vote.

According to Iran’s own admission, they are harboring senior Al Qaida operatives. In a post Sept 11th world, with the nature of the threat these people pose, that is intolerable.
They claim they are in Iranian jails, but they refuse to extradite them. These Al Qaida members include, but are not limited to the Kuwaiti born militant, Sulaiman Abu Ghaith, and Bin Ladens son, Saad Bin Laden.
Ghaith made a reputation giving sermons in Kuwait, during the Iraqi invasion of 1990. Ghaith is Al Qaida’s number three man. It is serious business to capture or kill Ghaith. In 2002, he appeared on Al Jazeera, sitting next to Bin Laden, and making threats, "Americans should fasten their safety belts," he said.
Ghaith threatened the death of up to 4 million Americans, including 1 million children, through the use of chemical and biological weapons, if Iran is hosting him on their soil, then the prospect of a widening war is a real possibility.
Iran has an active nuclear program that they not even trying to hide anymore, they have made the announcement that they are going to join the “nuclear club,” and they dare anyone to stop them.
Not only do they want to eradicate Americans as a people, they want to kill all the Jews as well, theirs is a revolutionary Islamic government bent on the destruction of America and Israel, and they are building nukes. The implications of a nuclear armed Iran are enormous. Iran should be immediately sanctioned and blockaded at the very least, and if need be, they should be bombed into disarming.
Iranian intelligence operatives and Iranian Hezbollah have crossed the border into Iraq. They are there to launch attacks on coalition forces, and to fund and support militant clerics like Muqtada al-Sadr, who is calling for holy war against the Americans.
With all the problems we face in the war on terror, we have an endless chorus of cacophonic drivel coming from the left.
Bill Clinton is in Amsterdam promoting his memoir, "My Life,” he told a Dutch newspaper that Bush should have not attacked Iraq, he should have launched pre-emptive strikes on North Korea instead.
Clinton and company were too gutless to take out Hussein, yet they want to attack the most dangerous totalitarian regime on the face of the earth? The same regime that emerged as a result of Carter, and Clintons meddling?
The North Koreans had some crude devices they were experimenting with, so Carter goes out there to make “peace.” He achieved that end by giving them everything they wanted, and we got nothing in return.
Carter agreed to give oil and fuel shipments, two brand new reactors, while granting them the rights to keep and reprocess their spent fuel rods! What were they thinking here?
Pyongyang never kept their word and started developing nukes immediately they were amazed that Washington would support them while they armed themselves. McCain had it right in 1994, he suggested surgical strikes, and if they started fighting against it, “exterminate them.” Now it is probably too late for that.
They still harp on how Bush “stole the election,” and “lied,” they are still obsessed with this nonsense. We are at war for our future and right to exist in freedom.
A Florida representative named Corrine Brown had to have her comments stricken from the record when she suggested the 2000 election was illegitimate, Representative Brown said, "I come from Florida, where you and others participated in what I call the United States coup d'etat."
She wants the UN to oversee our elections, and it’s just embarrassing, I suppose she wants the UN to protect us against Al Qaida as well. It speaks volumes about what the security of this nation means to them personally.
It is also worth mentioning that those sixteen words in the state of the union were 100% true. Bush isn’t a liar, Saddam did attempt to obtain yellowcake uranium Joe Wilson is a liar, and Kerry still supports him on his website.

Voting is just a means of keeping up the appearance of a democracy. It's also what bogs down are political system. Congressmen and Senaters are all so damn concerned with reelection they'll throw their support any which way. Senior Citizens make for over 60% of the voting turn out, which in turn means we'll never see our social security system fixed. In Britian a persons vote may matter, but here hardly. It doesn't help that every politician is made from the same mold either.
| We are at war for our future and right to exist in freedom. |
That's great we'll fight for our future, how about dealing with matters within our own political system which threaten it: IE the hypothetical Social Security trustfund going bankrupt in 2014, and then of course its outpay exceeding its intake in 2018. Add that along side of a debt that we can't seem to dent, and it seems we have quite the problem.
I for one never felt incredibly threatened that terrorism could jeopardize our future. I also don't think this 'war' is going to help our future any, at first we MAY have been within bounds but anymore and we are simply pissing off a lot of Muslims. Seems we've done more damage for ourselves in the long run than good. After all we really don't know the truth behind 9/11 for certain.
As for our freedom, that's a whole different story. I've always felt we are given just enough freedom to sedate our majority.

And, you KNOW this because...........
Dubya told you so?
Cheney told you so?
Halburton told you so?
A little birdy told you so?
What makes you so in the KNOW?
Sheesh, they are all a bunch of liars, Dems and Reps alike, and until we come to terms with our collective Mideast meddling, from both left and right, we'll never understand the "war on terror", and it will be a war that never ends, totally winless. It's such a misplaced war. It's so sad. So, so sad.

Voting is our option, is our right, is our responsibility. But, to have an election stolen by a bunch of thugs who deemed most black voters as disqualified, thereby throwing out their votes is unconsionalble. Mind blowing, even.
I, for one, am going to vote. Absolutely. Even though I think they are all a bunch of lying sacks of garbage, I'm tossing my vote to Kerry/Edwards. Anything it takes to get that unqualified megalomaniac out of the White House. Think about it...... if his father was never president, Dubya would never have become president. He got in on the coattails of daddy. He was, otherwise, completely unqualified to run this country, and he is continuing to run it right into the ground. I really, really hate that guy. Really.

Haha, I'd say half and half. Wording was meant to be rhetorical, but I'm not the biggest fan of liberals.
