Noob trying to create themes!!

Hi, Noob here!

Just wondering what software I can use to create my own themes for Windows XP

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Very carefully.


On a more serious note... You'll need a graphics-creation program (like Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro, CorelDraw, etc.) ...and SkinStudio ( http://skinstudio.net )

Just curious. I see this a lot. What is this word?

My guess is that it's a dyslexic attempt to spell 'the'.
