How do I resolve this issue...

When trying to download the latest version of DesktopX I get this error message. I have already uninstalled the previous version...Thanks in advance for your help.

OK...thanks...it says
"Invalid chunk data (4040 : 65537 Redownloading chunk 0 (attempt 1). Request header: Range: bytes=0-65536
It repeats this 3 times and the it says...
Result: Failed (Incorrect file size)
I hate it when my "File Size" is in question.

BTW...I think the word "Chunk" should be used as much as possible! "Chunk" is a great word!

Alternate Setting thinks you're gonna hate it even more if it turns out the problem isn't the size but how you're using it

Nevermind...I'ts been a long time since I searched through the newsgroups. FYI...clear SDC temp file, reload application...works great! 
And Journeyman...it wasn't how I was using it but rather "How it was installed"
