Error message and no Systray

When loading a new theme, mostly any theme. It gives me an error message saying
"Stardock MCP not found or old verision
Systray support disabled"
Something like that, any help would do great. Thanks
Im using DesktopX Free verision 2.1 and WindowBlinds Free verision 4.3.
