American Eagle desktop theme or wallpaper

I seen a skin somewhere in this site that had a black backround, with a bald eagle and an american flag on it. It was part of a theme. As far as i know the name of the theme was "PATRIOTIC" or "PATRIOT". I'm not sure if it was in the CursorXP section or what. If anyone has seen it and tell me exactly where it's at please e.mail me at [email protected] Thanks
