Copyright question

I know that screenshots are accepted here that show off a person's desktop Is a site that solely shows off screenshots of windowBlinds skins...does not provide any downloads....acceptable in terms of copyright? If so what information other than crediting the author would be necessary or should be included, whether required or out of courtesy?

I'm pretty sure that would be ok, just as long as you take a look at this https://www.wincustomize.com/msgboard.asp?BID=WC&id=287279#288995 first, to get a good definition of acceptable screenshot work.
