Yes but you must have skinstudio pro(if you mean windowblinds) and permission to use the images if they are not yours and you plan to upload the skin, one thread can be used to ask all questions.

ok if sysmetric is the clock thing then i have it installed but it dose not look like the one in the 3fx sys file pic

start up sysmetrix, then right-click on the theme that comes up. Go to configuration. In the configuration window, import theme.
