Need my accounts cross-referenced

Hi. First of all, thanks to everyone involved with Stardock and WinCustomize for providing such great products.
I'm having a problem, however. I read the FAQs, searched the forum and searched the entire site for support links, and found none. So here's a forum post instead.
I purchased Object Desktop a couple of days ago, and when I was trying to download an item from this site last night, I get a page that says to download more things I'd either have to have my Stardock and WinCustomize accounts cross-referenced.
So, I tried to do that. When I got the email, I logged in to WinCustomize.com, then I clicked the link in the email to cross-reference my accounts. That lead me to a web page that said "you are not authorized to access this page". I tried again, same result. So, thinking it "quietly" cross-references my accounts, I tried to download an item. It takes me back to the "you must cross-reference your accounts" page.
Can someone help me out of this cycle? I paid my $49.95, so I'm hoping that'll buy me more than 50 MB of goodies.

You can email [email protected] or [email protected] and they can do it manually if you are having issues with the web forms. They will need the info used on both purchases (especially the email addresses and your serial number)
