Stupid Error reporting

Is it just me or does microsoft like to error report every 5 pages you go on. I finally stopeed the stupid crappy error reporting but now the pages just resart. Does microsoft just do this to annoy me? Or is it fixed in SP 2?

actually, computers are only as smart, as those who program them....but are usually smarter than most who use them ?
