My guess is that it's your spelling that makes it 'invalid'...

I believe there was a series of activation codes that MS invalidated with SP1 due to pirated software. Contacting MS by the phone number on the activation screen would be the way to get your version of XP back up and running

... you screwed up your operating system by not knowing what you were doing, so it's microsoft's fault? and it will continue to be their fualt?
i got a flat tire the other day because i tried to drive up a high curb. DAMN the people at goodyear! they should all be sacked, the company liquidated! how DARE they put out a tire that can go flat..

Open IconPackager, then Tool / Restore all icons.
If you don't have IconPackager anymore, reinstall it: https://www.stardock.com/products/iconpackager/
