Problem with taskbar

The taskbar/startbar doesn't load when I download a full theme. I have the newest version of WindowBlinds and I have Windows ME. All it does it load the window skins, so I have to use ObjectBar to get a skinned taskbar. But then it isn't a full theme. Anyway around this, or will I have to mix and match?

Ok, I found the option, but you have to buy OB to get it....

For WinMe and Win98, I remember there is a setting in the Object bar configuration to use the current windowblind skin. But, its been awhile since I've used it.
