WindowBlinds problem

When i load a skin, it doesn't load all the bars (like the underbar)... why??

What bar are you referring to? What version of WindowBlinds are you running? What OS are you running?

i'm using win xp, windowblinds 4.3,and i barbrushed bar

If you mean the bar on the bottom of the preview. That is a different program. It is Object Dock and freeware.

The Start Panel/taskbar, and various other things are not skinned on non-XP systems.
