Problems with Windowblinds and Bootskin

Ok, something is screwed up with WB and BS. When I try to apply a WB skin it looks like it is loading then I get an error: "Run a DLL as an APP has encountered a problem and needs to close." Also my Bootskin directory only shows the standard bootskins and nothing that is under the "skins" folder. Everything had been working previously. Thanks.

Gosh I hope so! I'm really missing MY version of Windows, not what Billy G says we have to have!
