i cant install a theme

im trying to install a theme so i dl it then go to controll panel and open the themes thing click on browes and it is looking for a "theme" file, but when i save i cant save it in that format. any ideas?

Any "theme" you download here, will require a specific program. DesktopX themes require the DesktopX program, WindowBlinds require the WindowBlinds program, and so forth. The link to the program(s), is near the top of the page in each library.
