PLZ HELP!

This is prolly a stupid question, but im new to this, how do i install like window blinds, or icons, and stuff? Sry but can anyone plz help me?

First you need the Windowblinds program installed on your computer. You can find a link to the shareware version here: http://www.windowblinds.net
Once you have it installed you can download and install the skins (which have a .WBA file extension). Either install them directly from this site or download load them to your computer and double-click them to install them.
Then, go to your Windows Display Properties dialog box. You'll find a tabbed window there either called Appearances or Skins. Select the installed skin you want to load from the dropdown menu and press the apply button.
For icons, you can find the shareware version of Iconpackager here: https://www.stardock.com/products/iconpackager
Once you have that program installed, you can download iconpackager themes. Double-click them to install them. You can run iconpackager and which icon theme you want to load
