Ack! Empty Bootskin Zips???

I downloaded a few bootskin zips. The paths are in the archives, but files aren't! 
Am I missing something?

You need to rename the .zip Extension to .bootskin., although even as a zip you should see the files inside the folder. Put the renamed file in C:\Program Files\Stardock\WinCustomize\BootSkin\skins
