wmplayer skin and skinstudio ,need help !!!please !!!

i make for the moment my first wmplayer for my new skinsuite and in skinstudio when i uplaod the background image in png transparency shadow, the preview not reproduce the transparency color( only in black) !!!
and my skin need png trans shadow !!!or in bmp is very limited !!!
you have a idea for repair that !!! or is normal !!!
the defaut skin logica is in png but with magic pink , that is the only png for skinstudio support !!!
the difference for skin wmplayer for XP and wmplayer normal is ???
i look the skin zippo and is one image in png called shadow( or something like that ) but in skinstudio i don't look that !!!

The background image of a Media Player skin cannot use alpha transparency, only "magic pink." The code for this is FF00FF, and its the only form of transparency you can use for the background image.
