I believe you and the flashlight would both disappear! 
I know they have done some tests where they speed up the atoms of physical things and when they get that fast, they vanish from site, but are still there. Sort of like an original Trek episode I remember....don't know if everythings tilted sideways, and buzzes tho!

Actually at the speed of light your molecules would have accelerated so much that you would pass through everything, and not be able to grasp materialistic objects, your hand would go right through the flashlights, which probably would decompose anyway at that speed

At the speed of light, even the action of turning on the flashlight would seem (to the rest of the universe) to take an infinite amount of time. Thus, since you're molecules would be unable to move relative to the rest of the universe, the point is moot.

well if you COULD, lets say for instance in a car, light can't travel faster than light so you would run into it. The driver wouldn't see any headlights.
