Can someone make me a skin with my logo and style

hi i have a website that is under a redesign and i wanted to reopen my site with the added feature of having my own systerm skin which would be downloadable. i have a logo i would like and a font style with a colour scheme i have background image which i can show. if anyone could help me please contact me or reply. i would like a bootscreen a login screen and the basic windows theme. please and thank you.

You're not going to be able to get a skin such as this for nothing, no matter who you get to make it if it includes your graphics it will end up costing you something, you should contact treetog at http://www.pixtudio.com/ He will be fair with you, and make sure you get a good deal.
