Auto Login

Alright. I give up. I'm trying to get Internet Explorer to log me in automatically on sites that allow it, but no matter what I do in Internet Options I can not get it to work. I''ve done everything I can possibly think of. If you can, please give me all ways you can think of to ge this to work - Not just the basic things. That'd be great, Thanks.

Could it be a cookie thing. Check your internet security, if cookies is set as restricted, auto login might not work but I'm not really sure. Maybe something in advanced internet options.

In Internet Explorer, on the Tools menu, click Internet Options. Click the Content tab. Under Personal information, click AutoComplete. Select the check boxes for the AutoComplete options you want to use.

That's not hat I was trying to do.. It's something to do with my cookies, and they won't work for auto-log ins.

Two things I can think might be causing problems with your cookies...
1. Some kind of cookie killer program your running needs to be configured to not Delete cookies from the sites with auto-login.
2. If your using IE6, at some point a little IE window popped open asking if you wanted to Delete, Allow, Always Delete, Always Allow cookies from a specific site. To fix this go into Internet Options, Click on the Privacy Tab and click on the Edit button in the Website section from here you can change the status of any sites' cookies from how they are set up now.
