I would try erasing all your internet files. Right click on the Internet Explorer start menu icon and go to internet properties. Then click delete files and delete cookies too. Then, sign in again. Maybe you should check through your document and settings folders and see if you have junk in the Internet Temporary Folders. There are more than one of them. I had a lot of trouble with the upgrade version of WindowsXP. It left a lot of junk from my old operating system. I solved that problem by creating the WinXP boot disks.

When I tried Mozilla firewhatever? I had the same problem. I uninstalled and went back to Internet explorer and all has been fine since.
Others seem to have no problems with mozilla so I don't want to seem like a mozilla basher. It has just never worked for me and I have tried several times.
