It bothers me a great deal when I see people bashing each other, the admins, the judges etc. with such a great thing as GUIO. A lot of hard work goes into it from so many different angles. From the site being setup, the judges being picked, prizes being collected...and let's not forget the huge amounts of work that go into all the skins and such.
Over a year ago I asked if Stardock would be doing another GUIO only to find out that there was so many problems with the first one that it was never expected to be done again. I was so thrilled when I saw that GUIO2 was coming. And I have been enjoying it so much. Today I go to see what things I have missed and see so much bashing and frustration going on. Accusations, personal attacks, slamming...it is really unfortunate to see something so great have so many problems.
I hope those people don't spoil it for the rest of us. I, for one, am looking forward to GUIO3 in 2005. I'm not "skinner" but I support Stardock and the community with what I can. And I'm honored to spend another $20 to keep a good thing going. I just wish I could do more.
Keep up the hard work fellas...and don't let the gremlins get you down.

Kona...GUIO may very well be in 2006 next time. My comment was an assumption (Hope.) It was not a reflection of anything I heard through "Official" channels.
